JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-03-2022 Though the petitioners were granted provisional bail by order dated 21.12.2021, but today the counsel for the opposite party no. 2 has informed this Court that the petitioners are already on police bail.

In that view of the matter, we do not intend to extend the interim privilege as it is not required.

Should the petitioners surrender before the court below and seek bail, the court below shall take into account that the police bail has never been misused by the petitioners and an order shall be passed without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained on their behalf.
