JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.07.2018 in connection with Gurua P.S.Case No. 134 of 2016 registered under sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be uncle of F.I.R named accused Ram Manoj Mandal against whom there is specific allegation of abduction of informant's daughter. Para-35 of the case diary goes to show that informant's daughter died of snake bite. Moreover, co-accused Ram Manoj Mandal@ Sadhu has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc No. 3598 of 2019.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be
