The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s):
"That the writ application is being filed
Patna High Court CWJC No.927 of 2023(2) dt.28-04-2023 2/3 for direction to the respondent concern particularly the Circle Officer, Madhubani, West Champaran to execute the order of respondent D.C.L.R. Bagaha in connection with land dispute case No.06/2021-22 passed on 4.6.2022 and/or pass such any order/orders, writ/writs for with petition is found entitle in the fact and circumstances of this case." The grievance of the petitioners in brief is that inspite of the specific directions given by the D.C.L.R., Bagaha, West Champaran by his order dated 4.6.2022 passed in Land Dispute Resolution Case no.6 of 2021-22, the Circle Officer, Madhubani, West Champaran (respondent no.4) has still not carried out the directions as contained therein. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that instructions would be required in the matter.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the material on record, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to proceed in accordance with law and carry out the directions contained in order dated 4.6.2022 (Annexure-2) passed in Land Dispute Resolution Case no.6 of 2021-22 by the D.C.L.R., Bagaha, West Champaran within a period of four months subject to the condition of the said order not having been modified/reversed in an appeal preferred by any of the parties.
