Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 248 of 2019 registered under sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is a Asha Worker and she has no concern with the alleged occurrence. As a matter of fact, after knowing about the truthfulness, the matter has been compromised between the parties, as contained in Annexure-3. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2019.

Case No. 248 of 2019.
