JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-03-2026 In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- " (I) For granting revised pension of the petitioner in the light of resolution no. 755 dated 20.10.2017 issued by the Finance Department, Government of Bihar for such retired employees of government of Bihar, who retired before in the year 2016.

(II) For granting such pension revision of the petitioner effective from 2004, from then the have revision pay been effective and all benefits may be paid accordance 2004 with resolution from 2004. pay revision (III) For issuance service book/ duplicate service book of the petitioner which was kept/ deposited at the office of the District Education Officer, Bhojpur,

(IV) For any other relief/ reliefs as may for which the deem fit and proper petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. Counsel for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the original writ petitioner has died and legal heirs of the deceased employee are required to be settled with the pensionary benefits for which, the writ petitioner was entitled.

In view of the stand so taken by the counsel for the State and as also by the office of Accountant General, that petitioners may be directed to represent before the District Education Officer, Buxar with all details of the legal heirs, who are entitled to such benefits after the death of the deceased employee within a period of four weeks and on verifying bona fide of the legal heirs, necessary orders shall be issued within a further period of six weeks to the office of Accountant General for ensuring the benefits to be credited in their respective accounts, on the basis of compromise arrived by the petitioners.

4. Withe the above observations, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
