1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned Additional P. P., at the outset, submits that the petitioner stands implicated in the instant F.I.R. with respect to offences which carries punishment of seven years or less, to which the learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Additional P. P., the anticipatory bail application is disposed of in terms of order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari vs. the State of Bihar).

4. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police and the Investigating Officer of the case along with a copy of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3991 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024.

5. In the event, if such representation is filed within three weeks from today, the concerned Superintendent of Police shall ensure that the Investigating Officer of the case adhere to the direction contained in the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr.
