JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-07-2018 This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Baba Saheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Muzaffarpur, to issue fresh marks-sheet as well as to publish the result of the petitioner of B.A. Part-II Psychology (Hons.) for the academic year 2014-17. It has been her grievance that she has been wrongly shown absent from examination in Psychology (Hons.) 3rd and 4th paper. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the University, from which it appears that the petitioner had a bonafide grievance, which has been redressed and her result has been published and sent to the College where the petitioner is pursuing her course.

The Court directs that consequences of the result shall follow and petitioner must be allowed to pursue her next part of
