2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 469 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section-76 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Sections-8 & 12 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act.

3. According to FIR, when the victim went to the grocery shop of the petitioner, he starred her face and dragged her inside the counter of the shop with some evil intention and when she raised alarm, the petitioner left.

4. Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as a matter of fact, when the alleged victim started lifting some articles from the shop of the petitioner, he

The father of the petitioner has lodged Complaint Case No. 683 of 2024 against the family members of the alleged victim. Learned Sr. Counsel has also submitted that when the informant realized his mistake, he filed a compromise petition stating that now the matter has amicably been resolved between the parties.

5. Learned counsel for the informant although opposed the prayer for bail but fairly conceded that the matter has amicably been resolved.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 469 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
