The petitioner being husband of the informant is languishing in jail custody since 15-11-2014 in a case registered under Sections-498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3/4 of D.P. Act.

Admittedly, the petitioner filed divorce suit and after filing of the divorce suit, the informant lodged this case. Moreover, the maintenance case is pending between the parties. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13242 of 2015 (2) dt.15-05-2015 2/2 jail custody, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara.
