JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents-opposite parties. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 01-08-2017 passed in CWJC No. 6666 of 2012 by which, the writ petition was disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 28-02-2012 passed by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, East Champaran, Motihari within a period of thirty days from the date of order i.e. 01-08-2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reasons, they could not prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority. Hence, they pray for further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority. Considering the grounds mentioned in the application,
Patna High Court MJC No.3691 of 2017 (3) dt.28-03-2018 the petitioner is granted further thirty days time to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority from today. (Sudhir Singh, J) A.K.V./- U
