Taking into consideration that the petitioner is said to have thrown acid on the injured, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case no. 97/2015 pending in the court of Sri Sushant Ranjan, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patnacity/ concerned court stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
