JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Banka P. S. Case No. 206 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of one liter of liquor from the possession of the petitioner. Apart from that 25 kg of Mahua Flower and other articles for manufacturing of the liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for two months, having no criminal antecedent. He undertakes not to tamper with the evidence. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1647 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka, in connection with Banka P. S. Case No. 206 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
