Taking note of this fact that no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioners and except one case, petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shree Shaymal Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 226 of 2014.
