The petitioner has moved before this Court against the cognizance order dated 20.06.2020 passed by the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S. Case No. 31 of 2020 (G.R. No. 59 of 2020) instituted under Sections 306, 120B, 354©, 306, 465, 500 and 501 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act as also Section 66(B) of the Information Technology Act.

3. As per the prosecution story, on 1st of February, 2020, the informant got knowledge that his grand daughter's porn video with a boy has been viral on Whatsapp and Facebook. Upon knowledge, the informant confronted his grand daughter whereupon she informed that the accused Aman Kumar @ Aman Raj along with his friends forcefully committed the illegal act on the stairs of the UCO Bank and have the video viral. The grand father wanted a 'Panchayti' and as the 'Panchayti' was being held, his family members shouted that the victim girl has locked herself in the room and later she committed suicide.

4. The alleged video has been shoot at the door step of UCO Bank and the petitioner himself claims that he is an employee of the said Bank. He was an active member in the said crime which finally led to the death of a young girl.

5. The crime for which allegations have been made against the accused persons including the petitioner herein is heinous. A life of a young girl who could have seen the brightness of the day for the years to come was put to an end by the inhuman act of the accused persons including the petitioner.

6. The learned Court below has rightly taken cognizance in the matter, the same needs no interference and the
