The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Azimabad P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a)/ 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it would be evident that the alleged illicit liquor has been recovered from the Sone riverside. Petitioners have no criminal history.
