JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Petitioner has remained in custody since 26.07.2014. Since the trial has not proceeded as is the statement of the counsel representing the petitioner, taking into consideration the period spent by the petitioner in custody, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each, one of the surety will be executed by Smt. Nisha Devi who is said to be the wife of the petitioner whose identity will be well verified by the court below ensuring that no imposter claims herself to be Nisha Devi and the other surety will be executed by a close blood relation of the petitioner, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bard in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.254 of 2014, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.242 of 2015.
