Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor it is clear from the impugned order as to how name of the petitioner came in this case and what material was found against the petitioner in course of investigation. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was remanded in this case from Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 86 of 2015 on the basis of suspicion and except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner. Investigation of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2422 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 this case against the petitioner has already been completed and it appears from perusal of paragraph 3 of the petition that except Patrakar Nagar P.S. case No. 86 of 2015 as well as the present one, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Akhauri Abhishek Sahay, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biharsharif in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 62 of 2015.
