2. This is second anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petition, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood dismissed as withdrawn, vide order dated 25.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20654 of 2023.

3. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that other accused persons having similar allegations have been granted anticipatory bail vide Annexure-P/3.

4. It is settled law that subsequent bail orders of the co-accused persons is not a ground of fresh bail application. There is no change of circumstances. In view of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7038 of 2024(2) dt.02-02-2024 2/2 Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anrs reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, the second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
