The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner along with other accused persons were apprehended and from the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and cartridges were recovered, besides cash of Rs. 13,000/-.

It is submitted that the petitioner was remanded in K. Hat P.S. Case No. 822/14. The petitioner is in jail since 14.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about six months and the petitioner has got one criminal case pending against him in which the petitioner was remanded after being arrested in the present case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the
