JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 5/ 28-11-2018 Perused the letter of the Additional Sessions Judge, III cum Special Judge CBI, Patna, kept at flag- 'S'. Prayer of the petitioner for bail was earlier rejected by this Court by order dated 07.02.2018 with direction to the Court below to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the order.

The Trial Court has stated that four witnesses have been examined in the case. The Trial Court has further stated that nine months' time is required to conclude trial in Special Case No.72 of 2016 arising out of Economic Offence Unit P.S. Case No.13 of 2016. This Court has earlier given nine months' time to conclude the trial. The Court below has not complied the order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1695 of 2018(5) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 Six months' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the Trial Court to conclude the trial of the aforesaid case by fixing the case on day to day basis. The Trial Court will send the compliance report after disposal of the aforesaid case.

The petitioner will be at liberty to renew the prayer for bail in the event trial is not concluded within aforesaid period.
