Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 07.04.2021 in Cr.Misc. No. 40624 of 2020. On last occasion, vide order dated 09.03.2022, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that four witnesses have already been examined and the case is pending for examination of informant, doctor and investigating officer, for which, summons have already been issued.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2020 the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
