The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on the spot while fleeing away after committing dacoity. From the possession of the petitioner, the purse of the informant containing identity card and Rs. 150/- was recovered. The petitioner has remained in jail for about four months and he has got only one criminal case pending against him of the year 2009.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11827 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul, Lakhisarai in Kiul G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 108 of 2014.
