Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it was found that the looted SIMS were used in some mobiles which stood in the name of sister of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Jairampur P.S.Case No. 53 of 2015.
