Petitioners are in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 141 of 2019 arising out of prosecution report No. 13 of 2019-2020 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in the instant case there is recovery of 19.300 liters of liquor.

The petitioners are in custody since 2.12.2019. Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal
