The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 429, 153(A), 295(A), 34 of the IPC & 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960 & 345, r/w 429 Bihar Municipal Act, 2007.

Accusation in the F.I.R. is that the F.I.R. named accused persons including petitioner are running a slaughter house without proper permission and unauthorizedly, dealing with cow flesh.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has got no concern with the illegal business of cow flesh. Petitioner is simply a labour and engaged in loading / unloading of goods in the vehicle and merely because he is resident of Quraishi Mohalla, which is predominantly inhibited by Muslims, he has

The petitioner is labourer, who is ready to work at any station on getting remuneration for each working day. Similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Benches of this Court, vide orders annexed as Annexure - 2 to the petition. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 294 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
