2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the very outset, learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the anticipatory bail of the petitioner earlier withdrawn but he is renewing his prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the injured and the petitioner has compromised the case. The copy of compromise petition is Annexure-4. It appears that cordial relation has been restored between the parties.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
