JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 28.2.2020, passed in Cr.Misc.No.2997 of 2020. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to countrywide lockdown, petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time stipulated in the aforesaid order. In that view of the matter, modification petition is allowed. Petitioner is granted four weeks' further time to surrender before the Court below in view of aforesaid order passed in connection with Bikramganj Police Station Case No. 446 of 2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10787 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 Order dated 28.2.2020 is modified to the extent indicated above.
