JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he sent the victim along with his son on 02-11-2014 and, thereafter, the informant suspected that his son might have been killed by the petitioner and other accused. Even if, the aforesaid accusation assumed to be true, then also, it was petitioner's son who took the informant along with him and except the allegation of conspiracy, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 236 of 2014 to the satisfaction of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3378 of 2016 (2) dt.03-02-2016 2/2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
