Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue of approval of services of the petitioner is pending before the Sanskrit Shiksha Board. In view of the above, the Sanskrit Shiksha Board is directed to take appropriate decision in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order keeping in view that the institution in question is recognized. With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
