The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioners in the present writ application.
"1. That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ (s), order(s), direction(s) for payment of current and arrear of salary in revised scale i.e., Rs.
4000-6000 in place of current pay scale Rs. 3050-4500 to the petitioners from the date of joining in the light of order passed by Hon'ble High Court in C.W.J.C. No.
3353 of 2018 and L.P.A. No. 167 of 2016 and also consequential benefit."
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the order passed by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 3353 of 2018 dated 27.02.2018 and L.P.A. No. 167 of 2016 dated 23.06.2017.
The respondent no. 3, the Principal Secretary,
Patna High Court CWJC No.8821 of 2018 (3) dt.23-07-2018 3/3 Department of Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, is directed to examine the case of the petitioners in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3353 of 2018 dated 27.02.2018 and L.P. A. No. 167 of 2016 dated 23.06.2017 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
