====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 225 of 2018 dated 03.07.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 384, 385, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that though there is an allegation of firing and demand of Rangdari Tax as also of taking away Rs. 2500/- from the possession of the informant but the fact of the matter is that because of village politics, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. He further submits that it does not appear to be probable that while the informant was ploughing his field or fixing a peg in the field, he would keep such big amount in his pocket. Considering the aforesaid facts as also taking into account that the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 225 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
