The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 164 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 156 litres of foreign liquor was recovered from the tempo of petitioner.

It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
