It appears that the appellant were directed to take fresh steps for appeal notice on respondent No.1 to 14 and 16 to 20 in ordinary process within three weeks on 11th July, 2014. In spite of lapse of about one year, the order passed by the Bench has not been complied with by the appellant. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed against the respondent No.1 to 14 and 16 to 20.

From perusal of the memo of appeal, it appears that the respondent No.1 to 3 are the plaintiff respondent against whom the appeal has already been dismissed. Now, therefore, the whole appeal will become incompetent. Accordingly, this First Appeal is dismissed.
