JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 324, 342, 379/34 of the I.P.C. It is specifically alleged against the petitioner that this petitioner caused injury with knife to the informant, Ravi Kumar Chaudhary and Jai Prakash Gupta. The injuries of all the three persons have been found to be simple in nature. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the occurrence took place in the background of money dispute between the parties when the injury of Jai Prakash Gupta has been found to be lacerated one which does not corroborate the accusation. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
