JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioners is that they took heavy amount from those persons who were interested to get Micro ATM installed on their lands but from perusal of the impugned order as well as first information report, it appears that not a single person came to level allegation against the petitioners. However, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners being employee of the concerned company were entrusted to select the lands for installation of Micro ATM. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8520 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2015 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 599 of 2014.
