1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AC to GA-10.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has been filed being aggrieved by order dated 27.09.2024, contained in Annexure-7 to the writ application on the ground that the same has been issued in complete breach of the order dated 01.04.2024 passed by this Court in CWJC No.5039/2020 (Arjun Sharma Vs. The state of Bihar & Ors.) on which, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that if this is the stand of the petitioner, in that event, the instant writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.1294 of 2025(2) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 application is not maintainable rather the petitioner should file a contempt application on the ground that the order dated 27.09.2024 passed by the Respondent No.2 is in breach of the order dated 01.04.2024 in CWJC No.5039/2020.
3. The Court finds merit in the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
4. The writ application is dismissed.
