JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One co-accused Vijay Raha was interrogated by the informant and the villagers and the aforesaid co-accused Vijay Raha disclosed that the deceased was killed by him with the assistance of the petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 14.08.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Katihar in connection with Session trial no. 337 of 2015, arising out of Falka P.S. Case No.208 of 2015.
