The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in brief is that the accused persons hanged the informant's daughter to death.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25-10-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased. She has no concern with the affairs of husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4664 of 2019(3) dt.22-04-2019 2/2 deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The other similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 04-04-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21092 of 2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui Town P.S. Case No. 470 of 2018.
