JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Allegedly, petitioner and others were caught by the informant when they made attempt to sell the stolen property, but according to prosecution case itself, the seized article was not theft property of the present case.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.316 of 2015.
