The Petitioner seeks bail in C.B.I. Regular Case No. 9(A) of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(d) of the P.C. Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. The house of the petitioner was searched and nothing incriminating had been recovered. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has not forged any document and no case of forgery is made out. Similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Dharmendra Kumar Albela and Smt. Vinita Sharma,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.411 of 2018(2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 have been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 29.11.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27429 of 2017 and dated 29.11.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.12.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Spl. Court, CBI, Patna in connection with CBI Regular Case No. 9(A) of 2015.
