Heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S. Case No. 239 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

Further submission is that on perusal of first information report and case diary, there is allegation of firing and assault against the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 respectively, but no one has sustained injury. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner nos. 1 and 2 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Mufassil P.S.
