JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 08-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 130 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323 302, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation wherein a person has been murdered in the open day light, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
