====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 20-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in short is that the daughter of the informant namely Kavita Kuamri was married with co-accused Ajay Kumar on 25.06.2012 and after marriage Bidagri was made, but after some times her husband Ajay Kumar, father-inlaw, mother-in-law, brother-in-law and his brother's wife namely Ritu Devi started assaulting and in the year 2014 made the deceased to leave sasural and lastly the informant, had executed a sale deed in favour of his Damad and his daughter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2593 of 2020(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/3 and during this period the deceased gave birth of two female child namely Vira Kumar and Aaru Kumari. It is further alleged that thereafter again they started torturing due to the birht of two daughters and again started demanding Scorpio resulting the deceased left her sasural and came to Naiher and told that they will kill her and after negotiation again Bidagri was made. It is further alleged that on 29.05.2019, the informant got information through phone that his daughter is no more as she has been murdered and at this the informant with his son and other relatives came to Mohalla Bhagwan Das and find his daughter lying in the room having no life and found cut wound at the neck of his daughter and thereafter he informed the police, police reached at the spot and postmortem was made at D.M.C.H.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner is the mother-in-law. He further submits that the husband of the deceased is in jail custody. Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.11.2019.
