Order dated 02.03.2016 shows that it was informed to the Court that Mr. P.K. Joshi, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant, is no more now. In the circumstances, this Court directed issuance of notice against the sole appellant regarding death of the learned counsel appearing for the appellant. In spite of issuance of notice through ordinary post as well as speed post no one appears on behalf of the appellant nor has the appeal notice been returned. Hence, service of registered notice is presumed to be properly affected.

In the circumstances, let this appeal be dismissed for non-prosecution.
