JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners and one co-accused are named in the first information report on the accusation that they shot fire, causing fire-arm injury on the finger of the informant, who was sitting inside his house at the time of alleged occurrence and allegedly, the firing was made from outside the house.

Contention on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners have been implicated in this case on account of land dispute and as a matter of fact, the informant's husband was playing with pistol but accidentally, the aforesaid pistol got fired, causing fire arm injury to the informant and taking advantage of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2978 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 the aforesaid incident, the informant implicated the petitioners in the present case.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 201 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Brajesh Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Khagaria.
