JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report and according to prosecution case, more than 200 persons, blocked the road in protest of a murder and pelted bricks on the police party. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Shambhu Goswami has already been granted privilege of bail whereas; the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 30-09-2015 without having allegation of any specific overt act.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
