The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No.604 of 2020 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by different benches of this Court vide order dated 27.10.2021 and 29.10.2021 passed in Cr.Misc.No.40324 of 2020 and Cr.Misc.No.40994 of 2020 respectively.
Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17819 of 2021(3) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S. Case No.604 of 2020 bearing G.R. No.2516 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
