Patna High Court CWJC No.12766 of 2008 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 have not been granted the benefit under the provisions of ACP Scheme and, as such, he makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition, so that the petitioners may approach the authority concerned in respect of ACP Scheme.
The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
