JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the husband of the victim is languishing in jail since 10.12.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A and 313 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of torture. It is also alleged that due to assault made by the petitioner, the pregnancy of the informant got terminated.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no medical document on record to suggest the termination of pregnancy which has been recorded by the learned Sessions in the impugned order also.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and

No.2640 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 there is nothing on record to suggest the termination of pregnancy, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mahila P.S.
