The petitioner was Mukhiya of the concerned Panchayat at the relevant time and the accusation against him is that he took signature of the informant on plain paper in the year, 2008 and between 2009 to 2014; he withdrew wages of the informant from the concerned post office.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sikandara P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Jamui.
